  • Abe Herbaugh designed Mouthpiece Jig. Securely holds your mouthpiece while filing and sanding, stem can rotate 360 degrees and lock at any position. Using the jig will help relieve hand fatigue, as well as giving a solid hold of your mouthpieces for more precise hand work.

    Comes with 4 undrilled hard maple mandrels with brass threaded inserts. You will need to use a lathe or self centering fixture to accurately drill the mandrels with the exact drill bits you use for your mortise.

    The Carolina Gent Corn Cob Pipe is the result of a collaboration between Missouri Meerschaum Company and the legendary blending house, Cornell & Diehl. This pipe is part of a series between these two storied companies. This chubby, yet handsome pipe of modest length features a generous bowl accompanied by a red Italian acrylic stem, nickel band, black stain, and a hardwood plug in the bottom of the bowl. Its ideal pairing would be with your favorite Cornell & Diehl blend of tobacco! The Carolina Gent would fit in just as well on a camping trip as it would on a golf outing.
