Plateaux available in small/medium/large/extra large
Small plateaux are basically really thin or mis-shaped mediums
Large plateaux are dry, everything else is on the wet side
Customer is responsible for properly curing slowly
One could drill and rough shape and let sit a week to acclimate to your environment and speed up the curing process
